Each chapter has an area that corresponds to the districts in the council:
- The Stanford District has the same boundaries as the Puyson Chapter
- The Redwood District has the same boundaries as the Muwekma Chapter
- The Discovery District has the same boundaries as the Sipliskin Chapter
