The Vice Chief of Inductions is responsible for the planning and execution of all induction events for the Lodge calendar year. Oversees the ceremonies team, elengomats, and conducts new member orientation. Works with the Vice Chief of Visitations and Vice Chief of Activation in the coordination of members. Responsible for the transition from Ordeal to Brotherhood members. Provides a meaningful and symbolic induction weekend and ceremony for candidates.
